The Idea

FOMA is a home for digital art in Kiryat HaMelacha, South Tel Aviv – a space where visual art and electronic music coexist in sync and in peace – because for us, peace is not a dirty word.

By Day – A gallery for Israeli and international digital art. Exhibitions, interactive installations, and generative artworks displayed via projectors, transparent screens, tablets, ceiling and wall projections. One challenge: encouraging sales of pieces suited for both private homes and public spaces.

By Night – An audiovisual journey. Parties featuring DJs from Israel and beyond, electronic music live performances, and AV shows – all beneath digital skies.

Always – A creative studio. Artist residencies and collaborations with art schools and international guest installations.

The Vision

To forge a collective of creators merging digital art with club culture – distinctive performances blurring the line between gallery and dancefloor, anchored in techno, Drum & Bass, dub, and classic house – with DJs spinning vinyl. Analogue meets digital.
